Congratulations to Maria Guadalupe (Lupita) Ocegueda from Tamarisk Elementary in the Palmdale School District for being recognized as the CABE 2015 Parent of the year! She was recognized this March in San Francisco for all of her dedication and hard work to the students of PSD.
Congratulations to Jessica Albornoz for being selected as the CABE Para Educator of the year! Mrs. Albornoz is a member of our very own Chapter 58 and works as the Parent Community Liaison at Golden Poppy School in the Palmdale School District. Congratulations to Jessica for the recognition of all the hard work she does to improve student achievement and increase parent community involvement!
Superintendent Maldonado, members of the PSD board of trustees, CABE representatives, and site administrators were on hand in San Francisco to congratulate both Mrs. Ocegueda and Mrs. Albornoz for their outstanding work with students, staff, parents, and community members!
PSD Superintendent Raul Maldonado addresses new and returning CABE Chapter 58 members at the annual volunteer celebration and membership drive held on Friday, November 6th at Camaron Pelao in Pamdale.
The 15th Annual Mini-CABE Conference took place on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Pete Knight High School from 8:00 - 2:00.
